Important Instructions :
a) Candidates must bring their photo bearing documents recognized by the Govt. along with this call letter, in order to prove their identity and to get entrance into the interview venue.
Any deviation in this regard may straightway lead to non admission of him / her in to the interview venue and rejection of candidature without giving him / her opportunity of being heard.
The photo bearing documents to be accepted by the committee for the said purpose are as follows:
Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC), Passport, UID (Aadhar Card), Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent with photograph, PAN Card, Driving License, Bank Pass Book containing photograph of the candidate, any other photo bearing document issued by the competent Govt. authority.
b) Candidates must bring all relevant certificates documents in original, along with photo copies. All testimonials, in support of the information furnished by candidate himself / herself, must be verified, before entering into the interview-hall.
c) During process of recruitment, if any information, furnished in application, is established as false or not correct, his / her candidature will be cancelled at once without further reference.
d) This letter does not ensure any claims towards appointment to the said post.
e) No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing at the said Interview.
f) Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate. Any attempt on the part of the candidate to enlist support for his / her application through persons, officials or recommendations from persons interested in the candidates, or otherwise known to them will be disregarded and will render the candidates ineligible.
g) Use of mobile phones, calculators and any kind of electronic gadgets inside the interview-hall is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
h) The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in the written Examination and Interview.
i) The Candidate is to bring their Black / Blue dot pen at interview venue and Photos of candidate required to be pasted at Call Letter at place as specified, will be identical with the photo of candidate submitted at Application Form and Admit Card for written test.
