Interview Call Letter :
The Interviews for Recruitment to the post of Specialist Gr. II (Sr. & Jr. Scale) for Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh (UT), Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir Regions will be held from 16th, 17th, 19th , 22nd to 24th and 29th to 31st August, 2016.

The interview call letters have already been dispatched to the candidates on their e-mail id & through speed post as per the list given below.
The candidates whose name appear in the list given below do not receive the interview call letter may report for the interview at the scheduled date, time and venue along with the documents as mentioned in the specimen interview letter.
You are advised to produce the following documents, in original along with atleast one set of the self attested photocopies:
a) Two latest passport size photographs.
b) School Certificate indicating date of birth.
c) Certificate of Passing Official Language of the State concerned as notified in the advertisement.
d) Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate certificates, mark sheets of the examinations passed along with the attempt certificate.
e) Certificates/Documents in support of experience claimed, duly signed and stamped by Head of Institution/ Head of Department, clearly indicating the period with date, month & year of employment and the nature of work performed. Experience will be reckoned up to the last date of receipt of applications i.e.10.11.2015.
f) Employed candidates will have to bring the No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) from their employer(s).
g) Candidates belonging to reserved categories i.e SC/ST/OBC are required to bring the caste certificate issued in the prescribed format by the competent authority. The OBC certificate should be issued in the last one year with certificate regarding creamy layer.
h) Copies of publications/articles/research papers, if any.
i) The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. The proof thereof may be attached.
j) In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. The proof thereof may be attached.
k) Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.
l) Completion of compulsory Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College / Institution from where Degree / Diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been attained is to be furnished.
m) In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialties (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D. (General Medicine) or M.S. (General surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination.
n) In the case of holder of D.M./ M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post Graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M./ M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience.
