Call letters indicating time and venue of Examination Center of the written examination to provisionally eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent/are being sent at the address given in the application form. The rejection advice has also been sent to ineligible candidates.

Railway Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. Those provisionally eligible candidates who do not get call letter or who have been issued call letter with wrong name, community, Cat. No., photograph and free travel authority (for SC/ST) may come to Railway Recruitment Board Mumbai’s office as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs. for getting correct / duplicate call letter.

Candidates should bring adequate proof of having submitted application, i.e. copy of DD/IPO, photograph, age proof, caste certificate, etc. Status of application along with other details can be seen on the website http://www.rrbmumbai.gov.in It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in the master list of eligible candidates.

Note :
Candidates will not be entertained after 17.00 hrs. of respective dates for issue of duplicate call letters as mentioned above or for any enquiry regarding the same.
