CALL LETTER FOR THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION
Exam Date : 14/12/2014
INSTRUCTIONS :
** Please affix Passport size Colour Photograph – same as that was attached in your application form – in the space provided on the upper portion of the call letter.
** Candidates should affix their signature in the Attendance sheet, top sheet of Question Booklet and Call Letter in the same language as used in the application form or will be disqualified.
** It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the LTI affixed in the OMR, Attendance Sheet is clear and complete.
** Candidates, who have received more than one call letter for a category or for more than one category, should appear only at one centre of his/her choice.
** Candidates should reach the centre of Examination well in time with this Call Letter.
** No candidate will be allowed inside the examination hall 10 minutes after commencement of examination and will not be allowed to leave until the examination is over and all other formalities are completed.
** Candidates have to submit the upper portion (RRB Foil) of this Call Letter, Top Sheet of Question Booklet and both copies of OMR Answer Sheet. Without submitting these documents they shall not permitted to leave the Examination Hall. Non submission of any of these items may lead to cancellation of their candidature.
** The Candidate Foil (lower portion) should be retained by the candidates carefully and produced when called for.
** The Answer sheet of the candidate will not be evaluated and he/she will be disqualified in case of wrong entry while coding of Roll No., Question Booklet No. and Community Code on the OMR Answer Sheet.
** Rough work should only be done in the space provided.
** Use of any Books, Note Books, log tables, slide rules etc., electronic devices such as Cell Phones, Calculators etc., is not permitted and if found in possession, candidature may be cancelled.
** Indulging in any malpractices/unfair means misbehaviour or causing disturbance in the examination will disqualify the candidate and he/she will be debarred from all future examinations and appointments in Indian Railways.
** Special instructions if any given by the Invigilator should be followed strictly.
** Change of date/centre of examination is not permitted under any circumstances.
** Mere issue of Call Letter does not confer any right to be eligible for the post.
** The candidature is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case any inconsistency is noticed.
** RRB reserves the right to order re-examination for any or all candidates.
** Decision of the RRB in all matters will be final and binding on the candidates.
