Download of Offer Letters for the post of Junior Trainees vide Rectt. Advt. No. 09/2015 is open from 05-Sept-2016 onwards.

Procedure :
i) Enter Roll No. (8 Digits)
ii) Enter Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY)
iii) Click on “Submit” Button
1. The following candidates (list given below), who are selected for the post of Junior Trainee against Rectt.Advt.No.09/2015 and found eligible for the post after Certificate Verification and Medical Examination, should report at Auditorium, Technical Training Institute(TTI), Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam-530031 at 9.00AM on 7th September 2016.
2. It will not be possible to entertain any request for change in the date of reporting for Joining.
3. Travelling allowance for the Outstation candidates to the extent of single Sleeper train fare is admissible for undertaking journey for joining duty as per the Rules of the Company on production of proof of journey.
4. “Joining Formalities” booklet consists of the following has to be downloaded, for submission at the time of joining, which is available under the link ‘Careers’ at vizagsteel.com :
a) Attestation Form including Identity Certificate, in triplicate (all in original), in the prescribed format
b) Character Certificate from a Gazetted Officer of Central / State Govt. in the prescribed format
5. Further the candidates are also required to bring the following:
a) Offer of Appointment (Two Copies) which has to be downloaded from the link ‘Careers’ at vizagsteel.com from 5th September 2016 onwards by using “Roll Number” as User ID and “Date of Birth” as Password.
b) Six recent passport size and four stamp size (31mm x 31mm size) photographs with blue back ground
c) Release order in case the candidate is employed in Govt. Department / PSUs / Autonomous Body
d) Two self attested copies of Provisional Certificate of Qualification (ITI/Diploma)
e) Original Employment Exchange Registration Card.
f) Original PAN Card along with two self attested copies
g) Original Aadhar Card along with two self attested copies
6. The stay of the outstation candidates has been arranged at Trainees Hostel, Sector-I, Ukkunagaram, Visakhapatnam-530032 from 06-09-2016 onwards and they should report at the office located at Hostel-III at the above address.
The outstation candidates should come with sufficient money and personal belongings to meet the day to day needs initially for about one month.
