Written examination scheduled to be held on 28/08/2016
** The Examination will be of 1:30 hours duration commencing from 12:00 noon and candidate should report to the Officer-in-charge, Examination Centre by 11:30 am along with this ADMIT CARD affixing a copy of the same photograph, which was submitted along with application, on the specified place below.
No candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall after 12:30 pm and leave the examination hall before 1:15 pm.
** Candidate will have to bring his /her own pen / dot pen. Mobile Phone, Pager, Calculator etc. are not allowed inside the examination hall.
** The syllabus for written examination is as given below :
(B) Computer Theoretical- 20 marks (B) English (Grammar & Comprehension) – 20 marks, (C) Mathematics- 20 marks, (D) General Knowledge with Special emphasis on Social Studies-20 marks.
** All questions will be in the MCQ pattern. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
** Computer Practical Test will be held on 29/08/2016 from 11:00 am onwards at Extension Training Centre (ETC), Karnajora, Uttar Dinajpur and the candidate should report at the venue at 10:00 am.
** List of candidates, who will qualify for Viva-Voce on the basis of written examination and Computer Practical Test will be published in the District Website uttardinajpur.nic.in & SMS alert will be sent to them. Successful candidates shall download the call letter for viva-voce from the district website.
** The Call Letter for appearing at the Viva-Voce will also be sent to the qualified candidates via email, if available. They shall download the call letter and bring the same for appearing at the Viva-Voce.
** No TA /DA shall be admissible.
