Subject-wise list of Admit card for written test for selection of various regular posts in HARSAC
1. Please click on the post you have applied to download your admit card.
2. If you have applied for more than one post, print only one copy from any one of the list.
3. Candidates have been assigned single roll number, if they have applied for more than one post.
Instructions for candidates :
1. Candidate without an Admit Card or with Admit Card having disfigured, soiled or distorted photograph will not be allowed entry in the examination hall.
2. The provisional admit cards have been issued subject to verification of eligibility of the candidate to the post applied for.
3. Affixed photograph on the admit card should be attested by gazetted officer/head of educational institution.
4. Reporting time at examination centre will be 9.00 A.M. sharp. No entry in the examination hall will allowed after 10.00 A.M.
5. Use only black/blue ball point pen for giving answers. Candidates will be allowed to carry with them only the following items:
(i) Admit card
(ii) Black/blue ball point pens
6. Watches, calculators, mobiles, phones, log tables, electronic gadgets with or without built-in calculators, blank or printed paper, written chits etc. are not allowed in the examination hall. These articles are to be left outside to the examination hall. HARSAC will have no responsibility for their safe custody.
7. In case of impersonation, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be cancelled and the impersonator will be liable for criminal action.
8. If a candidate is found using any kind of unfair means his/her result will be cancelled and he/she may also be debarred from applying to HARSAC in future in addition to other legal actions.
9. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the time is over and without handing over the answer booklet to the invigilator on duty.
10. Should any candidate face problem/ discrepancy in searching/ downloading his/ her roll number/ admit card, he/ she should immediately contact HARSAC, Hisar Office on the phone numbers: 01662-232632, 231045, 231046 and 231047.
11. Candidates are advised to regularly visit HARSAC website (harsac.org) for any updates on the matter.
