Applicant’s will be informed through email and SMS (if active mobile number provided) about the availability of the Admit Card online on the website. The time and venue of the Online Test will be available in the Admit Card.
They can login through the ‘Applicant’s Login’ and print the same. The applicant must carry a clearly printed Admit Card to the Online Test centre, without which he/she will not be allowed to take up the Online Test.
Selection Process :
** The eligible applicants will be shortlisted through Online Test on Engineering Disciplines listed under “Required Disciplines sub menu”.
The Online Test will be tentatively conducted from 14th June, 2016 to 20th June, 2016 for all the disciplines stated at “Required Disciplines” menu and applicant is required to appear on any one day between 14th June, 2016 to 20th June, 2016 in the following Cities across India.
Applicant is required to give preference of cities (Refer Table-2 below) and dates for appearing in the Online Test between 14th June, 2016 to 20th June, 2016 as per his/her convenience.

** Applicants shortlisted through Online Test will be interviewed at NPCIL, HQ, Mumbai. Tentatively interviews will be held in July, 2016. Names of short-listed applicants through Online Test will be declared in the NPCIL Recruitment Website.
Email/SMS intimation for interview will also be sent to such short-listed applicants. Call letter for appearing in interview will be made available in the web site for downloading. Outstation applicants attending interview will be paid two-way second-class sleeper train fare by shortest route or actual fare whichever is less.
** Final selection is solely on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview. The personal interview will consists of 100 Marks in which an Unreserved (General) candidate has to score minimum 70% marks and reserved category candidates including PWD has to score minimum 60% marks to be qualified in the interview.
Final merit list of candidates will be prepared based on number of vacancies and the marks scored in Personal Interview.
** A list of provisionally (subject to medical fitness) selected candidates will be displayed on this website in July, 2016. The selected candidates will also be informed about their Selection by email and SMS.
** The appointment of the selected candidates as Executive Trainee will be subject to Medical Fitness.
