Procedure :
1) Select Post No.
2) Enter Application No
3) Enter Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
4) Click on Download Call Letter Button

Instructions / Guidelines :
Candidates are mandatorily required to bring the following documents, in original, for appearing in the interview :
a. Matriculation or equivalent certificate in proof of Age.
b. Degree Certificate and marks card of all semesters
c. Post Graduation Certificate and marks card of all semesters (incase of PG candidates)
d. Experience Certificate from the present and previous employers in proof of experience and emoluments, as indicated in your application
e. No Objection Certificate from present employer (in case of Govt/Semi Govt./ PSUs /Autonomous bodies) if your application is not routed through proper channel. In case your application is forwarded through proper channel, a copy of the forwarding letter.
f. Download Call letter from ADA web-site and affix recent passport size photograph.
g. Identity proof and Permanent Address proof.
h. Copies of publication of Thesis/Project Report etc.,
i. One set of copies of certificates mentioned in para a, b & c above
j. Copy of Admit card of the computer based test.
Outstation candidates appearing for interview by meeting the above requirements will be paid to-and-fro second class train fare by shortest route, on production of Train! Bus Ticket !proof of journey.
If any of the above documents are not produced, kindly note that you will not be admitted for interview and your claim for travel will not be allowed.
In case the interviews spills over to the next day, you may make your own arrangements to stay over-night. ADA will not provide any accommodation.
This call letter is issued under the assumption that you possess the requisite qualification / experience and meet with notified eligibility conditions as per our advertisement, all the data furnished by you in the application form submitted by you on-line are correct. However, at any stage, if it is found that you do not meet with the notified eligibility conditions or any of the data furnished by you is found to be false, your candidature will be rejected and your claim for TA will not be admitted.
