ii) Date of Birth
Important Instructions :

** Each question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number by darkening the corresponding oval. Shade only ONE oval.
** For marking answer,completely darken the chosen oval as shown in the correct method
** Once an oval is darkened as answer to the question,it is final. Any change by erasing,using fluid and making cross(X) in the oval is not permitted.
** Make no stray marks on this sheet.
** Non adherence of any instruction will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
** There will be 25% Negative marking for every wrong answer.
