Notes :
** Candidates are advised to reach at the venue of examination at least one hour before the start of examination.
** No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre without Admit Card.
** Candidates are required to occupy their seats 15 minutes before the commencement of the Test as important instructions will be announced before the start of the Test.
** Candidates arrived after 10 minutes from the commencement of examinations shall not be permitted to enter the examination centre.
** No candidate shall be allowed to go outside the Entrance Test Centre till completion of the entire duration of the test i.e. before 2.00 P.M.
** No candidate shall be allowed to carry any text material, printed or written or any other incriminating material inside the Test Centre/ Hall.
** All candidates are expected to maintain order and discipline within the examination room/hall. Disorderly conduct on the part of a candidate may result in his/her expulsion from the examination room/centre and cancellation of his/her candidature.
** Mobile/cellular telephones, pagers, palm top computers or any other electronic device of whatever nature shall not be allowed in the Test Centre / Hall. The University will provide BLACK FINE TIP BALL PENS to the candidates during the examination.
** The candidature of the candidates found in possession of mobiles/ other electronic devices/ incriminating materials shall be cancelled and the Centre Superintendent with observer shall be the competent authority for this purpose.
** Smoking and consumption of refreshments shall not be allowed in the Entrance Test Centre/ Hall.

** The candidates would be required to sit as per pre-assigned seating plan displayed prominently at the Entrance Test Centre. Please ensure that you occupy the seat assigned as per your Roll No. given on your Admit Card. Do not sit on any seat other than the one assigned to you. No request for change of seat will be allowed. If a candidate is found to be sitting at a seat or centre other than the one assigned to him/her then his/her candidature will be cancelled.

** Each candidate shall be given an OMR Response Sheet which will have certain columns other than the columns for marking responses to the questions. These columns are to be filled by the candidate before the commencement of the Test so that no time is wasted for filling these columns when the Test is in progress. Candidate must put his/her full signatures in running hand, with BLACK FINE TIP BALL PEN at the appropriate column on the OMR RESPONSE SHEET which would also be signed by the Invigilator during the course of the Test. Candidature of a candidate, who fails to sign with BLACK FINE TIP BALL PEN at the appropriate column on the OMR RESPONSE SHEET, may be cancelled without any notice to him/her.

** Just before the commencement of the Test, the Invigilators will issue a Question Booklet to each candidate. Each candidate is required to fill in the Question Booklet No. at the appropriate columns of OMR RESPONSE SHEET. Candidature of a candidate who does not fill these details in the OMR RESPONSE SHEET shall be cancelled and his/her result shall not be declared. The candidates are also required to darken appropriate circles pertaining to Question Booklet Number on the cover page of the OMR RESPONSE SHEET.
