TO DOWNLOAD CALL LETTER FOR PET EXAMINATION : EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NUMBER 01/2013 Post: ANCILLARY STAFF
Procedure :
1) Search By Name & DOB
i) Enter Name First Three character is required for Name OR Enter full Name.
ii) Enter Date of Birth
iii) Click on “View Candidate Application Status” Button

2) Search By Roll No
i) Enter Roll No
ii) Click on “View Candidate Application Status” Button
** The candidates should reach at the PET Venue well in time. Reporting time and PET date are indicated in this call letter
** The Candidates will not be allowed to enter the PET Venue without producing this call letter in original. Preserve this call letter carefully as no photocopy or FIR for loss will be entertained as a substitute. This call letter is not transferable
** Candidates must bring relevant original documents in support of their claim for relaxation as per notification
** Candidates are advised to bring PT Shoes and dress for PET
** Candidates shall make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging
** Candidate shall bring two coloured recent passport size photo
** No request for change of date will be entertained. Candidates who do not turn up on date and time will be marked absent
** Special instructions, if any, given by the officials of the recruitment committee should be followed Strictly
(a)First event of PET for male candidates will be 1600 mtrs Race. The candidates who qualify this event will allowed for rest of the events of the PET
(b)First event of PET for Female candidate will be 800 mtrs Race. The candidates who qualify this event will be allowed for rest of the events of the PET
(c)There will be no PET for Ex-Serviceman candidates only physical Measurement will be there
** Candidates will undertake physical test & Physical measurement test on his own risk. Railway will not be able to compensate the candidate in any way in case he suffers any injury while under taking the test
** Only those candidates who qualify in the PET & Physical Measurement test will be called for trade test
NOTE-This call letter is provisional & does not give any guarantee for employment. If it is found later at any stage that you do not full-fill any of the conditions of eligibility. Your candidature will be cancelled. No appeal against such cancellation will be entertained. You are therefore advised to check carefully that you full fill the condition of eligibility
