MTA (Multi-Tasking Assistant) Examination to be held on 7th November 2015 (Saturday) 7 the reporting time is on or before 10.30 am.

Written Test (MCQ type) :
(Total 100 questions of 1 mark each to be completed in one & half hours. There shall be negative marking of 0.5 for every wrong answer).
General Knowledge- 25 marks
General Arithmetic –15 marks
Test of reasoning – 15 marks
English language – 25 marks
Knowledge on University system/professional knowledge. – 20 marks
On the basis of marks scored in the written test, candidates will be called for the test on knowledge of Computer Operation & Interview at the ratio of 1: 2 (i.e. total 30 candidates) maintaining reservation as per Government norms. Appointment shall be made in order of merit on the basis of marks scored out of total 200 marks in all components.
This is notified for information of all concerned that the written test (Objective type) for recruitment of Multitasking Assistant (on contractual basis) against the advertisement published on 08/10/2015 scheduled to be held on 01/11/2015 is hereby postponed and now rescheduled to be held on 07/11/2015 (Saturday) at 11 am. The venue of the examination shall be notified in the GU Website two days prior to the day of examination.
Accordingly, time schedule as notified in earlier notification is modified as below:
Date & time of written test: 07/11/2015 (Saturday) at 11 am
Date of publication of answer keys in the GU website: 09/11/2015 at 4 pm
Last date of receiving representation on answer keys : up to 4 pm on 11/11/2015 (with documentary evidence)
Date of publication of final result: 13/11/2015 at 4 pm
Date of skill test & interview (for the shortlisted candidates): 16/11/2015 (Monday) at 9.30 am.
