This is to inform all eligible candidates that written test for engagement for the posts of Field Junior Engineer (FJE), District Support Team Member (DSTM), Group’C’ and Group-‘D’ staff under Sarva Shiksha Mission, Purba Medinipur related to engagement notification no 82/Estt./SSM dated 12.05.2015 will be held on 27.09.2015 at the Tamralipta Mahavidyalaya, P.O. Tamluk, Purba Medinipur. Admit card to eligible candidates have already been sent by post. Written Test will be held from 12.00 Noon onwards. Candidates will report to the examination centre by 11.30 a.m.
However, if any such eligible candidates does not receive Admit card in due time, she/he is requested to confirm her/his name in eligible list of candidates published in the WEBSITE (purbamedinipur.gov.in).
A copy of Provisional Admit Card to be download from the above noted website or collected from the office of the undersigned by eligible candidates if the same is not received through by the candidate to produce a valid and authenticated photo bearing document in original as a proof of his/her identity.
If appear in the examination centre with downloaded admit card, then candidate should bringing with any one of the original photo identity proof like Voter card, Adhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License etc. in the examination centre, without authentic Photo proof any candidates shall not be allowed in the examination Centre.

The examination will be of 1 1/2 (One and a half) hours duration commencing from 12.00 Noon.
He/She should report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Examination Centre by 11.30 A.M.
The question paper will be of 50 marks (English-10, Bengali-10, Mathematics-15, General Knowledge-15) and it will be of Madhyamik standard.
He/She will have to bring his/her own pen/ball point pen (with black or blue ink). Answer scripts and supplementary sheets, if required, will be supplied from this end.
He/She shall write his/her name and Roll No. at the space provided on the top sheet of the answer scripts only. If he/she writes his/her name and/or Roll No. at any sheet of the answer script or supplementary sheet other than the space provided for this purpose his/her answer script will be summarily cancelled without evaluation.
He/She will affix his/her self attested photograph. If it is not done he/she would not be allowed to sit in the examination.
Computer will be tested of 30 marks and Interview shall be of 20 marks. In Computer test proficiency on Computer, MS-Word, MS-Excel & Power Point at all be specially tested.
No mobile phone shall be allowed in the examination hall
No TA/DA shall be permissible for this purpose.
This letter is to be treated as ‘PROVISIONAL ADMIT CARD’.
He/She shall submit this card at the examination centre.
