How to get admit?
Instruction for Admit Printing :
Open website birbhumonline.in/ol using Google Chrome browser for best page setting. You will get the following screen.

Enter your Application Id, First name & Mobile No. as appeared in the printout taken during online form fill-up, to generate your Admit Card.

Example shown below for Application Id BIR/BCW/1, TESTNAME and mobile-9876543210

Now Print the Admit Card by Clicking “Print” button on the top of the screen.

Go through the Instruction printed on the Admit Card and General Instruction Link for needful actions. For further clarification if any , please mail at pobcwbir@gmail.com

Instruction for Candidate :
1.Two self attested photograph should be affixed in the space provided in the Admit Card. Candidates are required to bring any one of the following Photo ID document: I) Madhyamik or equivalent Admit card/certificate bearing Photograph, II) Passport, III) PAN Card, IV) Aadhaar Card, V) Voter Identity Card, VI) Driving License for attestation of the admit card.

2.Candidate without valid admit card shall not be allowed inside the examination hall.

3.The examinees shall bring with them the required writing materials, viz. black/blue ball point Pen etc.

4.Silence and proper conduct in the examination hall is imperative from the part of the examinees. The examinees shall have to abide the instruction given by the invigilators present in the examination halls during the time of examination. Failure to do so or indulging in disorder improper conduct shall make the examinees liable to expulsion from the examination and/or such other punishment as the selection committee deem fit to impose.

5.Candidates are advised to record their name & Roll No only in specific place in the Answer Sheet.

6.No T.A. shall be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the test.

7.This letter does not carry any guarantee whatsoever for securing employment.

8.Any sort of disqualification detected at any stage of the examination process in regard to a particular candidate in respect of either minimum qualification required for the post applied for or canvassing in any form the candidature of the candidate shall be summarily cancelled without reference to anyone whatsoever.

9.Calculator, Mobile Phone or any other electronic gadget are strictly prohibited for the candidates in the examination venue.

10.No candidate will be allowed to enter in the examination hall beyond 15 (fifteen) minutes after commencement of examination.

11. Candidate should bring one signed copy of downloaded application form affixing passport size photograph on the top right corner and handed over to the invigilator in the examination hall failing which his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled.

12. Part-I of admit card to be retained by the candidate and to be produced when called for interview. Part-II (Office copy) to be handed over to the invigilator in the examination hall.

13. Result for written examination will be published within 5th August, 2015 in same website. No separate call letter will be issued for viva-voice to be held on 12th August, 2015 for qualified candidate in the written examination for details visit birbhum.gov.in.
