The Written Test of the candidates who have applied Online for the posts of Social Worker, Junior Dietician, Laboratory Attendant, Laundry Supervisor & Jr. Radiotherapy Technician on regular basis will be held on 14.06.2015 at Auditorium (College Building) Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh.
NOTE:
1. The candidates should download their E-Admit Card-cum-Roll Numbers from the website of this Institute gmch.gov.in. after 08.06.2015.
2. The candidates must reach in the Examination Centre at 9:00 AM Sharp
3. No separate letter for downloading E-Admit Card-cum-Roll Number will be issued.
SYLLABUS :
The Written Test Paper shall consist of 70 questions of multiple choice types with single correct answer of one and half (1% ) hours duration. The answer will be in the form of A, B, C & D. Each question will carry one (1) Mark. Out of which 50 questions would be based on subject content i.e. Master Degree in Social Science or Community Health Nursing/B.Sc./Two Years Diploma in Social Work and rest 20 questions would be of General English etc. of 10+2 standard. The question paper will be only in English Medium.
INSTRUCTIONS:
The Written Test will be only in English.
The candidates are advised to bring their latest photograph and their admission to Written Test will be subject to production of Identity proof is. Adhar Card, Driving License etc.etc. before the official incharge/ invigilator in the examination centre.
Any wireless set or mobile phone etc. should not be brought to the Examination Hall.
You should be allowed in the Examination Hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the Written Test. You will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of Written Test and handing over the Question Booklet-cum-Answer-Sheet to the invigilator.
You must follow the instructions given by the Test Administrators and the invigilators during the Written Test. Candidates found violating these instructions or found canvassing and using any other unfair means will be disqualified and for may be asked to leave the examination centre.
You will have to make your own arrangement for your travel and stay. No TA/DA will be paid.
No request for change of date of examination will be entertained.
