Examination will be held on 24.05.2015 at TCS, ION, Patliputra Industrial Area, Patna.

Procedure :
i) Enter Registration No.
ii) Enter Date of Birth
iii) Click on Submit Button

Examination Syllabus : (i) English shorthand – typing test with minimum speed of 100 wordsand 40 words per minute respectively, (ii) Typing (English) speed of 40 words per minute, (iii) English language and grammar test, (iv) Knowledge of Computer applications, (v) Oral Interview.

The minimum qualifying standard will be : (i) Accuracy of 90% in English Shorthand typingtest, (ii) 95% in English typing test, (iii) 60% marks in English Language and grammar test, (iv) 60% marks in Computer application test, (v) 30% marks in oral interview.

The key function of the Judiciary is therefore, the adjudication of civil and criminal cases. In addition, it interprets the constitution and gives effect to its provisions, as well as providing the expertise in interpreting of the laws. Further, the Judiciary performs other related duties in promotion of human rights, social justice and morality.
