1. How do I download my call letter?
Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the
REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD
or
REGISTRATION NO. & DATE OF BIRTH
at the required places to download the Call Letter.

2. What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.

3. Where do I get the REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD?
REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.

4. My DATE OF BIRTH is rejected on login screen?
Candidate should ensure that the DATE OF BIRTH is same as he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the APPLICATION PRINT for the DATE OF BIRTH entered by him.

5. I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?
Please check yourentries in login screen. You should use REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Also, make sure that the DATE OF BIRTH you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.

6. I have registered more than one application?
In case you have registered more than once, only last registration is retained. Therefore, to download your Call Letter, you must enter the registration No. of the application that you submitted last.

Candidates appearing for Online examination for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale-I) on 03th May 2015 are requested to note the following instructions carefully.

The candidates are required to bring the photo affixed call letter along with a valid photo identity proof in original and photocopy of the photo identity proof. Please note that your name as appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. For example call letter states the name of the candidate as Praveen Gupta and the candidate produces an ID card which reads as Praveen Kumar Gupta or P K Gupta. Such type of candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam under any circumstance. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

The following mentioned Photo ID Proof will be considered as valid for the said examination:
PAN Card
Passport
Driving Licence
Voters Card
Bank Passbook with photograph
Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead
Photo Identity proof issued by a Peoples Representative on official letterhead
Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/University
Aadhar Card with a photograph
Employee ID
Bar Council Identity Card with photograph

Please Note – Ration Card and E-adhar Card will not be accepted as valid ID proof for this project.

There will be negative marks for wrong answer, 1/4th of the allotted marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to appear for the online examination at their own expenses on date of online examination.

The descriptive English Test will be conducted only through online mode. Questions will be displayed on the screen of your computer. Answers are to be typed using the keyboard. Before start of typing answers to questions in Descriptive Paper please check all key functions of the keyboard. You will get 45 minutes to answer the questions.

The total marks of the examination will be 200. Candidates who qualify the online Examination will be shortlisted for Interview on the basis of over all marks scored in objective and descriptive section taken together against full marks of 200.

Cut off Score: Cutoff score shall be applied in two stages:
(i) On scores in individual tests.
(ii) On Total Score.

Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score for each section of objective test separately for short listing for the Descriptive paper evaluation/Interview. Descriptive answer script would be evaluated only in respect of those candidates who qualify the objective test. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut offs will be decided for Descriptive paper evaluation and further short listing for interviews.

The above tests, except the Test of English Language, will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. The Company reserves the right to modify the structure of the examination which will be intimated through its website.

Please note that candidates will not be permitted to appear for the online examination without the following documents:
(1) Valid Call Letter for the respective date and session of Examination
(2) Photo-identity proof (as specified) in original bearing exactly the same name and other information as it appears on the call letter/ application form and
(3) Photocopy of the above photo-identity proof (as detailed below*)
