To Download OAV/OMAV Entrance Test – 2024 Admit Card, follow the below steps
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the link https://onlineapps.bseodisha.ac.in/oavadmitcard2023/admitcardlogin.aspx
Step 2 : Select OAV/OMAV
Step 3 : Enter Candidate Name
Step 4 : Enter Father’s Name
Step 5 : Select Class

Step 6 : Click on “Login” Button.

Conduct of Examination for OAV

I. Examination will be conducted at the Venue as released and notified by B.S.E. to the students.
II. The entrance test would consist of one paper with multiple choice questions.
III. There will be no negative marking.
IV. Duration of Examination, language of Question paper, subject to be asked at examination, mark assigned to each subject, no. of questions and total mark with regard to OAVET

V. The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Entrance Test 2024 will be conducted at centre selected by the B.S.E. Odisha, Cuttack. Appointment orders to the centre superintendents shall be by issued by B.S.E. Odisha who will remain in charge of the conduct of examination.

B.S.E. Odisha, shall prepare Descriptive Roll (DR) OAV wise and upload of admit of registered candidates for appearing at OAVET 2024. Candidates shall download their respective admit cards for appearing at OAVET 2024. The B.S.E. Odisha shall engage squads at different level to monitor the conduct of entrance examination.

Detail guidelines for conduct of OAVET shall be sent to the examination centre by B.S.E. Odisha, Cuttack. Soon after the examination is over, the superintendent shall seal the OMR answer sheets and other examination materials as instructed by B.S.E. Odisha and handover all materials to the board members.

VI. The B.S.E. Odisha shall send instruction manual for invigilation work during the examination.

Conduct of Examination for OMAV

I. Examination will be conducted at the Venue as released and notified by B.S.E. to the students.
II. The entrance test would consist of one paper with multiple choice questions.
III. There will be no negative marking

Exams will be conducted as per OAVS procedure as provided in the below table:

Transfer of Student from one OMAV to other OMAV:
i. No transfer of student between OAV to OMAV and vice versa.
ii. Student Transfer policy of OMAV shall be done as per OAV student transfer policy.

iii. The transfer of students shall be permitted with in 01 (one) month after the completion of admission process in every year and no such requests shall be entertained after that. The Principals of OMAVs shall not forward the requests of any parents after transfer date is over.

iv. The transfer of student from one district to anther shall be effective only after getting permission from the MD OMC.

Lateral Entry in Class-VII:
The vacancies of OMAV in class VII and allow lateral entry for students who want to join.

The students must be enrolled in CBSE/ICSE/Odia medium schools that are either government or private but recognized by the State Government. They must have continuing /passed Class-VI or be continuing class VII in the current academic year.

They must follow the OAVs procedure/instruction to apply for admission in class VII OMAV schools. The candidates must either belong to the same block of the OMC periphery village including periphery villages or be children of OMC employees of the corresponding OMAV.
