How to Download TRB Graduate Teachers BRTE Hall Ticket?

The candidates are requested to use their User ID and Password for downloading their Admit Card through the website https://www.trb.tn.gov.in/ from 22.12.2023 onwards. Change of request of centre will not be entertained.

Teachers Recruitment Board issued Notification for the Direct Recruitment for the post of GRADUATE TEACHERS / BLOCK RESOURCE TEACHER EDUCATORS (BRTE) vide Notification No. 03/2023, dated 25.10.2023. In this connection, TRB now releases the Hall Tickets for those candidates who applied for the said examination.

It is instructed that candidates shall download the Hall ticket and adhere to the instructions notified there on. The candidate must bring the Hall Ticket to the Examination Centre. No candidate will be allowed entry without the Hall Ticket.

Disclaimer: It is informed to all applicant that the decision of the Board, to issue Admit Card to eligible applicants is purely provisional and does not confer any acceptance of their claim, made in the application. The Board reserves its right to reject the candidature at any stage of the recruitment.

Note:
(i)The candidates are instructed in their own interest to check the Examinations Schedule and the venue to avoid any last-minute disappointment / in convenience.
(ii)The Board reserves the right to postpone / re-schedule /cancel the Examination.

Scheme Of Examination

Part – A: Compulsory Tamil Language Eligibility Test: (Objective Type – OMR Based)
The Tamil Language Eligibility Test is a qualifying test only and it will be conducted in objective type consisting of 30 questions for 50 marks and the duration of examination will be 30 minutes as Part – A. This mark will not be considered for ranking.

(i) Syllabus for Tamil language eligibility examination is of 10th standard level.
(ii) Minimum 40% of total marks in part – A examination (minimum qualifying marks) is eligible for the next level of evaluation of the main examination answer sheet.
(iii)The procedure will be followed as mentioned in the G.O.(Ms.) No. 49, Human Resources (M) Department, dated 23.05.2022 for exempting the differently abled candidates from the Compulsory Tamil Language eligibility test.

Total No. of Questions : 30
Duration of Test : 30 – Minutes
Total Marks : 50 – Marks
Minimum Qualifying Marks (Percentage) : 20 Marks (40%)

Part – B: Main Subject (Objective type)
(i) The Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Based Examination will consist of a Single Paper of 3 Hours duration with 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each objective type question carries one mark. As per G.O.(Ms.) No.47, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 25.02.2021.

A. Compulsory Tamil Language Eligibility Test :
The Tamil Language Eligibility Test is a qualifying test only and will be conducted as per the scheme of examination mentioned above.

B. Written Examination:
(i) The Date, Time and Center for the OMR based Written Examination will be mentioned in the Hall Ticket. The Hall Ticket for the eligible candidates will be uploaded by the Teachers Recruitment Board in its website.

The candidates are advised to refer to the Teachers Recruitment Board’s website for details (http://www.trb.tn.gov.in) and download the Hall Ticket. No written communication will be sent to the candidates individually. The Hall ticket will not be sent to the candidates separately.

(ii) The participation of the candidates in the OMR based Examination is purely provisional and does not confer any acceptance of their claim in the application.

(iii) Scribes: Eligible Differently Abled candidates will be allowed assistance of scribes based on the claims made in the Online application and submission of Disability Certificate / Medical Board Certificate.

(iv) Examination Results:
a. Tentative Answer Key :
Teachers Recruitment Board will publish the Tentative answer key in its website after the conduct of the examination.

b. Objection Tracker :
Any objections with regard to the Tentative answer key shall be raised through Online mode only within the prescribed time after publication of the Tentative answer key in the prescribed proforma available in the website. Objections can be raised in the dedicated link for a particular time only. Mail or / and written representations will not be entertained.

c. Final Answer Key :
The objections received from the candidates shall be finalized by the Subject Experts and Final answer key shall be hosted in the TRB’s website along with the examination result. No further objections on published Final answer key will be entertained. The decision of the Teachers Recruitment Board in this regard shall be final.

d. Publication of Written Examination Marks :
The final written examination marks will be published in the TRB’s website and a Press release will be issued.

C. Certificate Verification (C.V.):
(i) The Certificate Verification (CV) list shall be scrutinized based on the claims made by the candidates in the Online applications and uploaded documents only.

(ii) The Certificate Verification (C.V.) list shall be prepared based on the written competitive examination marks (Part – B) and Weightage marks taken together and as per rule of reservation for appointment to the post drawn in the ratio of 1:1.25. Calculation of Weightage Marks for TNTET (Paper II):
(i) The weightage of marks shall be calculated by adding 0.5 mark for each year from the year of passing of the TNTET – Paper – II examination.
(ii) For example, for those who have passed the TNTET – Paper – II examination in the year 2012 considering the present stage (i.e. year 2023) 0.5 mark shall be added for 11 years hence 5.5 (11 years x 0.5) weightage marks shall be awarded.
(iii) For those who have passed the TNTET – Paper – II examination in the year 2013,5 weightage marks (10 years x 0.5) shall be awarded.
(iv) For those who have passed TNTET – Paper – II examination in the year 2019, 2 weightage marks (4 years x 0.5) shall be awarded.
(v) Similarly, for those passed in 2022, 0.5 weightage mark (1 year x 0.5) shall be awarded

(vi) In case, if a Candidate has passed the TNTET – Paper – II examination for more than one year, then the earlier year of passing of TNTET – Paper – II examination with the specific optional subject for which subject the candidates applied for this recruitment shall be taken into account for considering and awarding of weightage marks.

Note:
(i) If more than one candidate secure the same cut-off marks in the particular communal turn, all such Candidates will be called for Certificate Verification (C.V.).

(ii) The list of Candidates called for Certificate Verification and the Call letter for Certificate Verification (C.V.) shall be published in the Teachers Recruitment Board’s (TRB) Website only. https://www.trb.tn.gov.in

(iii) Candidates short-listed as above shall bring all the Original Documents and Certificates and two attested copies of all the Documents and Certificates as stated in the Call letter for the Certificate Verification.

(iv) Candidates who are not personally present for the Certificate Verification (C.V.) on the prescribed date shall not be considered for further selection process even if they have secured the minimum qualifying marks for provisional selection.
