Download Call Letter for ESIC Group C Paramedical Posts

Online Computer based examination for Group C Paramedical Posts is scheduled to be held on 10.12.2023 (Sunday) (08:30 AM to 10:30 AM). To Download Call Letter follow the below steps,
Steps :
Step 1 : Candidates will have to visit the ESIC website for downloading call letters for online test.
Step 2 : Intimation for downloading call letter will also be sent through email/SMS.
Step 3 : Once the candidate clicks the relevant link, he/she can access the window for call letter download.
Step 4 : The candidate is required to use (i) Registration Number/Roll Number, (ii) Password/Date of Birth for downloading the call letter.

Commencement of Call letter Download 05 – 12 – 2023

** Candidate needs to affix recent recognizable photograph on the call letter preferably the same as provided during registration and appear at the examination centre with (i) Call Letter (ii) Photo Identity Proof as stipulated in clause (j) below and also specified in the call letter and photocopy of the same Photo Identity Proof as brought in original.

Centre Of Examination for Group C Paramedical Posts

While applying online application, candidate must select the centre in the application form in which he/she desires to take the exam.
1. The examination will be conducted online in venues given in the respective call letters.
2. No request for change of centre/venue/date/session for Examination shall be entertained.
3. ESIC, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
4. ESIC also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for.
5. Candidate will appear for the examination at an Examination Centre at his/her own risks and expenses and ESIC will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
6. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate including SC/ST candidates for appearing in the examinations.
7. Choice of centre once exercised by the candidate will be final.

8. If sufficient number of candidates does not opt for a particular centre for “Online” examination, ESIC reserves the right to allot any other adjunct centre to those candidates OR if the number of candidates is more than the capacity available for online exam for a centre, ESIC reserves the right to allot any other centre to the candidate.

Scheme Of Examination for Group C Paramedical Posts

Phase-I Scheme of Written Examination:

Note:
(i) There will be negative marking at the rate of 0.25 marks to be deducted for every wrong answer.
(ii) ESIC reserve the right to introduce additional stage of examination which would be notified at suitable time, if considered necessary.

(iii) Qualifying Marks:
The Qualifying Marks in Written Online Exam will be 45% for UR Category, 40% for OBC Category & EWS category, 35% for SC, ST & Ex-Servicemen and 30% for PWD Category. The candidates have to obtain minimum qualifying marks out of 100 marks in the Test 1 i.e. Technical/Professional Knowledge having 60 minutes’ duration.

Similarly, the candidates have to obtain minimum qualifying marks out of total 50 marks in the Test 2 – General Awareness, Test 3 – General Intelligence and Test – 4 Arithmetic Ability having 60 minutes’ duration.

Mode Of Selection for Group C Paramedical Posts

The candidates qualifying in Phase – I Written Examination shall be considered for final selection on the basis of their performance in Phase – I Written Examination.
For the post of Medical Record Assistant, the final selection will be made on the basis of performance of candidates in Phase – I Written Examination and Typing/Data Entry Test (Qualifying in nature).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
01. Reserve Category candidates, selected on their own merit without relaxed standards, will not be adjusted against the reserved share of vacancies. Such reserve category candidates will be accommodated against the unreserved vacancies as per their position merit position in accordance with the instructions of Govt. of India.

02. Success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless ESIC is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respects of appointment to the service/post.
