Notice of Document Verification & Medical Examination :
Railway Recruitment Cell, NWR, Jaipur vide Emp. Notice No.03/2013(RRC/NWR), dated 14.12.2013 called for application forms to fill up vacancies in GP 1800/-.
Written examinations for the said recruitment for 917 posts were held in November 2014. Result of successful candidates who passed in written examination was declared vide this office letter no. 740E/RRC/GP1800/03/2013/Result dated 31-01-2015 and was published in this newspaper on 04.02.2015. Physical efficiency test was held from 25.02.2015 to 27.02.2015 for eligible written passed non PH candidates. Document verification of PH candidates and non PH candidates successful in PET, who have been found eligible as per merit, will be held in two phases from 21-04-2015 to 09.05.2015 & from 18.05.2015 to 25.05.2015 at RRC, Power House Road, Jaipur. Remaining candidates, who have passed written examination as well as PET, are not eligible for next stage due to low merit or rejection. List of successful candidates for Document Verification is available on our website. Call letters & instruction for document verification of eligible candidates can be downloaded from above website. All the candidates may ensure their presence at RRC, Power House Road, Jaipur for document verification at fixed time & date as indicated in the call letter & website. Candidates must bring and produce three passport size colour photographs, written examination call letter, all necessary original documents pertaining to educational qualification, age, caste certificate,PH certificate, Ex-Serviceman discharge book, pension certificate& no objection certificate (where applicable) etc. along with one set of photocopies of documents, either self attested or attested by the gazetted officer.
Document Verification will be followed by medical examination for which they may be sent out of Jaipur. Stay arrangement for three-four days or more may be made by themselves.Any request for change in date, time & venue will not be entertained.
It may be noted that Document Verification is just another stage in the selection process. Merely being called for verification of Documents does not indicate that candidate’s name will also appear in panel. Candidature of a candidate may be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment process in case of violation of necessary instruction/conditions/eligibility.
Although all precautions have been observed in preparation of results, RRC, Jaipur reserve the right for correction of errors and omissions, if any. RRC, Jaipur will not be responsible for printing errors. No correspondence will be entertained by Railway Recruitment Cell, Jaipur from unsuccessful candidates.
