Download Call Letter for Written Test -Executive Trainees.
The written test for the posts of Executive Trainees in all the notified disciplines will be held on 28 February 2015 (Saturday). Details of time and venue of the test are printed on the call letter.
Call letters have been generated only to shortlisted candidates. Short-listed candidates may download their call letters, by visiting CSL website www.cochinshipyard.com –> Careers –> Download Call Letter for Written Test – Executive Trainees –> Call Letter for Written Test. Enter your Registration No, Mobile number and Date of Birth as entered by you in the online application form.
Candidates should ensure that they fulfiI all the prescribed requirements viz. age, qualification, experience, caste, disability etc, as advertised before appearing for the OMR written test.
Candidates should produce a printout of the call letter and a valid photo identity card (in original as well as a photocopy) like Passport/Election ID Card/ Aadhar / Driving license issued by the Govemment, to appear for the written test. Those who do not produce the call letter and valid photo identity card (in original) will not be allowed to appear for the written test. Candidates need not carry with them any Original Certificates or mark sheets or their photocopies to the examination vtinues.
Candidates should paste a recent passport size photograph and put their signature in appropriate places in the call letter in the presence of the invigilator.
The Office Copy of the call letter and the self-attested copy of the identify proof are to be submitted to the invigilator. The candidates should retain the applicant copy of the call letter, tilt the completion of selection process.
Candidates are requested to report at the venue by 09:00 AM. No candidate shall be admitted to the examination hall after the expiration of 15 minutes from the commencement of examination. The written test will be of 90 minutes duration comprising of 100 Multiple-Choice Questions, carrying a total of 100 marks.
