Written Exam for the said post is scheduled on 08.11.2014 from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon at Dayanand (D.A.V) College, Ramganj, Beawar Road, Ajmer and the Type/Skill Test of the candidates who would be declared qualified on the basis of their performance in Written Exam will be held on 09.11.2014 at 09.00 am at NRC on Seed Spices, Tabiji, Ajmer. The Admit Cards for the Written Exam are being dispatched by post to the eligible candidates. The candidates may also download the Admit Cards for the written exam from the website https://nrcss.icar.gov.in/

The candidates may come prepared for stay at least two days i.e. 08.11.2014 & 09.11.2014 and also bring with them all the original documents of their Academic/Professional Qualification, Experience, Caste Certificate etc. and also a set of xerox/photo copy of documents duly attested.

Important Instruction:-
**  Please appear in examination after satisfaction of the eligibility himself/herself. This admit card has been issued provisionally and the institute has full right to cancel the application after found ineligible at any step of the recruitment process.
**  The Question paper will contain 200 multiple choice questions and carry equal marks. Maximum marks of the written exam are 200 and every question will be of 1 mark.
**  There is negative marking for wrong answers. 1/4 Marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
**  Candidates must report at examination centre at least half an hour before the commencement of the examination.
**  Entry of candidates will be allowed only up-to 15 minutes after the start of written exam.
**  Candidates are not allowed in examination without admit card in any condition.
**  Don’t tear or damage the question paper and OMR sheet. It will be treated as misconduct and candidate will be disqualified for examination.
**  Please check your question paper and OMR sheet. If found any damage, misprint etc. please get it changed with new one within 15 minutes.
**  Candidates are not allowed to take question booklet with him/her. After completion of examination please deposit question booklet to invigilators.
**  Candidates should bring good quality blue/black ball point pen to black the circles/ovals in the OMR sheet. Don’t use pencil for blackening the circles/ovals.
**  Candidates should fill necessary information on front page of question booklet and OMR sheet with blue or black ball point pen.
**  Mobiles, calculators or any electronic devices and gadgets are prohibited in examination hall.
**   For any updates regarding the examination, please visit institute’s website www.nrcss.org.in regularly.
**  Candidates should come with two days preparation, because successful candidates in written examination will appear in type test on next day i.e. 09.11.2014.
**  Candidates should bring their original documents with attested photocopies at the time of typing test.
**  Candidates should bring with at least one photo identity proof (Driving licence, Voter Id, school/College ID or any other govt issued Photo ID) at the time of examination.
