Written Objective Tests in terms of Advt. No.02/2014 will be held on 12/10/2014 (Sunday). Admit Cards will not be sent to the candidates by post / courier. Link enabled for downloading / printing admit card or finding rejection ground.

Put your name or part thereof or Father’s name or part thereof or your date of birth (DD-MM-YYYY) in the box below and search your enrollment or otherwise in the chart that follows.

The Admit Card-cum-Attendance Sheets (hereinafter referred to as Admit Cards) for the applicants, whose candidature has been accepted prima facie by the Commission, have been uploaded in the Websites, webcsc.org & www.coopwb.org through a LINK. An applicant will have to click the message, ‘Download / print admit card or find rejection ground’ when a Dialogue Box will open. He / she will have to put his / her name or part thereof or father’s name or part thereof or his / her date of birth (dd-mm-yyyy) in the appropriate box and search his / her enrolment or otherwise in the Chart that follows. [vide Illustration annexed hereto].

After opening the page containing the Chart, the applicant will have to pass through the following stages in order to download / print Admit Card, if he / she hasbeen admitted or to find out the Rejection Ground, if his / her application is rejected :-
1. Tally his / her name, father’s name etc. in the Chart;
2. Find out Roll No. or Rejection Code in the Status column, as the case may be;
3. If he / she finds any Roll No. incorporated in the row showing his / her name, father’s name and other particulars, he / she will have to click on the Checkbox at the extreme left column, click on “Download / Print Admit Card” option at the bottom of the Chart and download / print the Admit Card; and
4. If the applicant finds no Roll No. against his / her particulars, he / she will find Rejection Ground Code shown in the same row. Before printing the Admit Card, the candidate must ensure that his / her address and photograph are correctly fetched in the Admit Card from his / her own Application.

AFTER GETTING THE ADMIT CARD PRINTED, THE CANDIDATE WILL OBTAIN A PHOTOCOPY OF THE SAME AND RETAIN IT FOR SELF.

Each candidate is also requested to note that he / she will have to hand over the Admit Card (received by download) to the invigilator in the Examination Hall for retention by the authority, after having signed the same in the space provided at the bottom of each Admit Card.

In case any applicant (whose application has been rejected) has any objection against the ground for rejection of his Application, as it appears in the Rejection Code in the Status column or if any admitted candidate finds that there is any typographical error in the spelling of his / her name or his / her Father’s name or in the Post Code assigned or in his / her Date of Birth or Category, he / she may send e-mail to wbcsckolkata@gmail.com, communicating his / her problem and seeking redress in respect of such problem within 08/10/2014 (Wednesday) and continually check his e-mail and the websites to find whether his / her problem has been addressed to by the Commission.

If the applicant’s problem remains unsolved upto 08/10/2014 (Wednesday), he / she may contact the Commission’s office on 09/10/2014 (Thursday) or on 10/10/2014 (Friday) from 11-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. along with the relevant Challan copy and the original Admit Card or Certificate related to the Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination and other relevant documents (including Caste / Category Certificate and photocopy of his / her application, if retained) as well as an application containing his / her arguments and the remedy prayed for. The Commission reserves the right to consider such applications as per its own rules, take appropriate decisions on merit in each such case and issue fresh / rectified Admit Cards only in deserving cases.

Every candidate admitted to the Written Objective Tests shall note the following instructions:
** For securing admission, Admit Card-Cum Attendance Sheet is to be produced.
** After 30 minutes from the commencement of the examination, no candidate shall be allowed admission.
** Admission is purely provisional, subject to verification of computerqualification and other eligibility criteria in terms of the Employment advertisement.
** For marking the answer sheet, only black ball-point pen shall be used.
** No electronic device (calculator, pager, mobile phone etc.) shall be allowed inside the examination hall. If any candidate is found to possess such a device (either switched on or switched off) inside the examination hall, he / she will be expelled and his candidature will be cancelled.
** All the fields in the front-page of the OMR Answer Sheet, namely, (I) Name of the Candidate, (ii) Left Thumb Impression (LTI), (iii) Signature, (iv) Name of the Examination Centre and Seat No., (iv) Category, (v) Gender , (vi) Booklet Code (A, B or C) in case of Paper-I & name of the subject in case of Paper-II and (vii) Roll No. shall have to be filled-up or oval-marked, as instructed in the OMR Answer Sheet.
** For each wrong and / or multiple response, there shall be negative marking.
** No rough work shall be allowed on the answer sheet.
