Schedule of Written Exam and Instructions for Eligible Candidates

Recruitment of erstwhile Group ‘D’ posts from open market in PB-I, GP Rs.1800/-

All eligible candidates may kindly note that written examination against Employment Notice No. RRC/WR/02/2013 dt.30-11-2013 will tentatively be held as per schedule given below:-

** RRC/WR will be conducting examination on all five dates in 7 cities viz. – Mumbai, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Indore, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Junagarh.

** Details regarding Roll number, Venue & time of Exam will be uploaded on RRCWR’s website in due course.

** Visually handicapped (VH) candidates desiring to avail facility of Scribe may furnish details of Scribe in prescribed format attached along with Call Letter at examination venue to the Invigilator.

** Call letters will be dispatched according to exam schedule to eligible candidates prior to 30 days of respective date of exam only through Business Post. RRC-WR will not be responsible for non-receipt of call letters, postal delay or wrong delivery.

** However, the duplicate Call letter can be downloaded from the website of Railway Recruitment Cell’s website i.e www.rrc-wr.com, seven (7) days prior to the respective schedule date of written exam. Duplicate call letter can also be issued in person by producing one recent passport sized photograph along with any one Identity proof like Driving Licence, PAN Card, Voter’s card, Passport, Original certificates of Educational Qualification with Date of Birth, at RRC/WR’s office 3 days before the respective written exam between 10.00 am to 05.00 pm.

** Candidates should carefully check their call letter and read instructions printed on backside of Call letter. If they find any discrepancies regarding their names, spelling, photograph etc. then they should contact RRC office on any working days for its rectification atleast 3 days prior to the written exam.

** Acceptance of candidature is provisional. It no way indicates that RRC-WR has otherwise satisfied with details and documents of candidates. If any irregularity is noticed at any stage then RRC-WR has all right to cancel the candidature.

IMPORTANT:
Railway Recruitment Cell, Western Railway has not appointed any agents or coaching centers for acting on its behalf. Candidates are warned against any such claims being made by persons/agencies. OMR answer sheets shall be used for the written examination and computer evaluation shall be resorted to. Candidates are selected purely as per merit. PLEASE BEWARE OF UNSCRUPULOUS ELEMENTS AND DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP.
