Admit Card And Public Notice For District Welfare Officer In The Department Of Welfare Of Scheduled Castes And Backward Classes Government Of Punjab
RECRUITMENT TO 06 POSTS OF DISTRICT WELFARE OFFICER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF WELFARE OF SCHEDULED CASTES AND BACKWARD CLASSES, GOVT. OF PUNJAB
1. It is informed to the candidates who had applied for the ibid posts that a competitive examination for the recruitment of these posts shall be held on 07/6/ 2015 (Sunday) at Patiala.
2. A total number of 194 candidates have been declared provisionally eligible for this competitive examination. The scrutiny of application forms shall be done after the conduct of exam. During the process of scrutiny, the application forms and other relevant documents, certificates, etc. of the candidates shall be examined to determine their eligibility as on the last date of submission of online application forms.
3. The candidates who had not submitted their proper experience certificate as per advertisement ( as SOCIAL WORKER especially amongst the Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes), they are directed to submit their proper experience certificates by 5/6/2015, failing which their candidature shall liable to be rejected and their result should not be declared.
The name wise list of provisionally eligible candidates has been uploaded on the website of the Commission.
4. The candidates not more than three times the number of posts (in their order of merit) shall be short-listed for appearing in the interview. However, this number shall be subject to variation if two or more candidates at the last number (the number at the end) get equal marks, then all of them shall be considered for appearing in the interview (subject to eligibility), warranting the corresponding increase in the stipulated ratio.
5. It is further informed that the Admit Card for this examination can be downloaded from 27/5/2015 onwards using the Registration Number and Password on the link of “DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD” available on the website of the Commission ppsc.gov.in
