Admit Card for Staff Recruitment Examination – 2014 for the Judgeship of South 24-Parganas

Procedure to Download Admit Card :
Enter Details to search your admit card

EXAM SCHEDULE :
Examination Date : 31st May, 2015 (Sunday)
PEON / FARASH / NIGHT GUARD : 11.00 AM TO 12.00 NOON
LOWER DIVISION CLERK / STENOGRAPHER : 01.30 P.M. TO 03.00 P.M.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
** Under no circumstances admission will be allowed without the Admit Card.

** Admission to the examination venue will not be allowed after commencement of the examination.

** You are to bring Blue/Black Ball Point Pen (and not Gel Pen) for the test.

** No request for change of examination venue will be entertained.

** Candidates must bring any of their original Photo Identity Card like Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC) / Passport / UID Card (AADHAR) / Admit Card / Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination with photograph / PAN Card / Driving License containing photograph of the Candidate or any Photo Identity Card issued by Govt. to prove their identity.

** No candidate shall be allowed to bring Mobile Phones or any other means of Wireless Communication, either in working or switch-off mode, Calculators and any kind of Electronic Gadgets inside the Examination Venue. If any candidate is found with any such articles in his/her possession, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and this will entail legal action.

** This Admit Card does not give any guarantee for employment. If it is found later at any stage that any candidate does not fulfil any of the conditions of eligibility as Advertised, his/her candidature will be cancelled. Candidate should satisfy himself/ herself that he/she fulfils all the conditions of eligibility to avoid any disappointment at later stage on the above grounds.

** Candidates must report their respective venue at least 45 minutes before commencement of examination.

** Candidates must report to the authority in case of any discrepancy found in their personal details printed on the Admit Card, for necessary rectification at this end. Any prayer for rectification in this regard will not be entertained after the test, under any circumstances, whatsoever.

** If any candidates photo is missing from call letter, he/she is advised to paste a colour photograph and come with the same to the exam hall. Without photograph, no one is allowed in the exam hall.

** You are being allowed to appear in this written test provisionally, subject to the receipt and prima facie verification on the documents submitted by you. Hence before appearing in this written test, you must ensure that you fulfill the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement on the specified dates and the particulars furnished by you in your application and correct all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment / selection process that you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria and / or that you have furnished any incorrect / false information or have suppressed any material fact (s), your candidature will automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming (s) is / are detected at the time of / or before Interview or even after appointment your candidature will cancelled / services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
