How to Download Admit Card?

Time and Venue of CBT will be indicated in the Admit Card. Downloading of Admit Cards will be enabled not later than 21 days prior to the commencement of CBT. To Download Admit Card follow the below steps
Steps :
i) Go to the link https://barc2.onlinereg.in/adv032023adc/siu_login/siu_login#
ii) Enter Registration Number
iii) Enter Date of Birth
iv) Enter Captcha Code and
v) Click on “Login” Button.

Centres Of Examination

i) Examinations will be conducted at various cities viz., Agartala, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amaravati (AP), Amritsar, Aizawl, Itanagar, Baroda (Vadodara), Bengaluru, Bhagalpur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Daman, Dehradun, Delhi, Dispur, Ernakulam, Gangtok, Gorakhpur, Guntur, Hyderabad, Hubli-Dharwad, Indore, Imphal, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kancheepuram, Kanpur, Karimnagar (TS), Kavaratti, Kolkata, Kota, Kohima, Kolhapur, Leh, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Panaji, Patna, Port Blair, Puducherry, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Rourkela, Shimla, Shillong, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur, Varanasi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam.

ii) Candidates may indicate their choice of city (nearer to their present address) in their application form in the order of preference (only three cities). Allocation of centres will be decided based on the number of candidates registering for each city. Hence, the candidates should select the centres, carefully in their applications. Requests for change of city/centre once allotted will not be entertained. BARC reserves the right to add or delete centre(s) without assigning any reason.

Admission To Examination

i) Facility to download Admit Card will be made available well before the examination on the website of this Centre https://barconlineexam.com. Candidate must bring printout of the Admit card to the Examination Hall.

ii) In addition to the Admit Card, it is mandatory to carry at least two passport size front face recent colour photographs and any of the following Original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admit Card:
(a) Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar,
(b) Voter’s ID Card,
(c) Driving Licence,
(d) PAN Card,
(e) Passport,
(f) Employer ID Card (Government / PSU),
(g) Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence,
(h) Any other photo bearing ID Card issued by the Central/ State Government.

iii) If Photo Identity Card does not have the date of birth printed on it, then the candidate must carry an additional original document (e.g. Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet issued only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards; Birth Certificate) in proof of their date of birth.

Candidate must ensure that their date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) mentioned in the application match with the valid ID Proof, failing which, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the Computer Based Test. Any other document mentioned in the Admit Card shall also be carried by the candidates while appearing in the Computer Based Test.

iv) Candidates working under the Central / State Government / Public Sector Undertakings, if called for Interview / Skill Test should submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from their employer. No extension of time shall be provided for production of NOC.

Selection Method

Technical Officer/C :
Selection will be on the basis of performance in interview. In case, the response is more, this Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview by conducting Computer Based Screening Test in the concerned discipline on all India basis. The decision of this Centre in this regard will be final.

Scientific Assistant/B and Category-I Stipendiary Trainee :
The Computer Based Screening Test of one hour duration will be conducted on all India basis and will comprise of 40 multi choice questions (choice of 4 options). ‘3’ marks will be awarded for each correct answer and ‘1’ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The syllabus for the said examination will be based on subjects at Diploma / B.Sc. level as the case may be. Those candidates qualifying in the Screening Test shall be shortlisted for interview. The venue of interview will be intimated later.

Final selection will be on the basis of performance of the candidate in interview and no weightage will be given for marks scored in the Screening Test. The decision of this Centre in this regard will be final.

Technician/B and Category-II Stipendiary Trainee :
The Selection Process consists of Tests in three stages –
Stage 1 – Preliminary Test
Stage 2 – Advanced Test
Stage 3 – Skill Test.
The Computer Based Test will be conducted on all India basis for Stage 1 – Preliminary Test and Stage 2 – Advanced Test for concerned trade in a single Session. However, the evaluation of Stage 2 – Advanced Test will be carried out only of those candidates qualified in the Stage 1 – Preliminary Test.
