It is notified that the written test for the recruitment to the post of Warehouse Assistant Grade-II in Central Warehousing Corporation, Hyderabad Region is scheduled to be held on 19-04-2015 (Sunday) from 10.00 hrs. to 12.00 hrs., at the examination centres mentioned in 04 lists attached. General instructions to the candidates appearing for the examination are also notified. Hall Tickets have been despatched to the shortlisted candidates to their respective addresses.

General Instructions :
1 Entry to the Examination Hall will not be allowed without this Admit Card.
2 Admission to the Examination Hall is purely provisional subject to the determination of eligibility in terms of the advertisement.
3 Admit Card may be preserved till the declaration of the final result.
4 Candidate should bring Blue / Black pen.
5 Candidate appearing for the examination must affix his/her passport size photograph in the placeholder and sign in the applicant’s signature box, provided above.
6 Candidates will not be admitted to the examination if they report 15 minutes after the scheduled time of commencement of the examination. The Corporation will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
7 Candidates are advised not to bring any valuable / costly items into the examination hall, as safe-keeping of the same cannot be assured.
8 Candidates are not permitted to bring any electronic gadgets including calculators, mobiles, ear-phones, i-pods, tablets, laptops or books.
9 No candidate shall leave the examination hall without prior permission of the Invigilator.
10 No candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of 1 (one) hour from commencement of the examination.
11 A candidate having completed his/her answer paper, must hand it over, even if blank, to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. The answer paper must on no account be left on the desk.
12 The assessment & evaluation of answer-scripts done by the Corporation shall be treated as final and shall not be open to scrutiny by any external authority.
13 Adoption of any type of unfair means during the hours of examination will entail penal action as would be deemed fit by the Corporation. The Corporation may also cancel the candidature of any candidate even after publication of the results if there are reasons to believe that the candidate had adopted unfair means during the course of examination.
14 Using mobile phone or other type of electronic gadget of communication inside the examination hall is banned. Infringement of this instruction will attract penal action including disqualification of candidature.
